Kara Cruoglio is a mission-driven product and technology leader with over 20 years of experience delivering high-impact digital solutions for progressive nonprofit organizations and purpose-driven businesses. She specializes in managing complex CRM implementations, building scalable platforms, and aligning digital strategy with organizational goals. Kara has held senior product roles at The Trevor Project, where she led a transformational migration of the donor database, and Jackson River, where she managed the evolution of Springboard, a digital fundraising and advocacy platform used by premier nonprofit organizations. Prior to that, Kara was the Director of Project Management and Production at Threespot, a Washington, DC-based interactive agency, where she managed a staff of project managers and developed and implemented policies, procedures, and software solutions to increase operational efficiency. She is the founder of Cruoglio Consulting, where she partners with nonprofit and social sector clients to solve complex technology challenges—from platform selection and vendor management to roadmap planning and stakeholder alignment.
